​Masterson Workshop LLC ("We", "us", "our")​ will issue full refunds for orders which are lost in transit. If an order arrives damaged, you may return the item for a full refund. Claims should be sent to the relevant email address at the end of this page.

​Orders are eligible for returns within 14 days after being marked "delivered" by the shipping provider, or after 28 consecutive days of the order being marked as "shipped", or after 14 consecutive days of the order being marked as "out for delivery". Items which have been made to order based on your specifications may be returned within this window for a 50% refund, or replaced/repaired free of charge. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to damage during shipping.
