Masterson Workshop LLC ("We", "us", "our") will ship worldwide, but only addresses within the United States (Including Alaska and Hawaii) are eligible for free shipping in cases where it is offered. Buyers are responsible for paying any customs, tariffs, taxes, or other costs associated with importing goods to their country.

We are not responsible for shipments that are returned, except when it is a result of an error on our part. Upon return of a shipment, we will make a reasonable effort to contact you to either 1. re-ship your order (you may be responsible for the cost of additional postage), or 2. issue a refund for your order. For custom products, a 50% restocking fee will apply to any refund that is not a result of our error.

If we are unable to contact you within 14 days of your order being returned to us, we will follow the procedures set forth in the Payments section below. If you believe there is a problem with your order and you have not heard from us, or if you have another shipping inquiry, please contact us at shipping@mastersonworkshop.com.

Masterson Workshop LLC ("We", "us", "our") collects payments via the following methods:

- Credit card (via Square or Lightspeed)
- PayPal
- Check (via invoice)
- Cryptocurrency (depending on availability)

Other methods may be added in the future. Unless other terms are specified during the transaction, we require payment to be received in full before we will begin work on your order.

If we are in possession of a cash balance which is owed to you, and we are unable to contact you, we will attempt to issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any incurred fees. If we are unable to issue a refund (e.g. when you have paid by cash or cashier's check), we will retain the money you are owed for a period of 180 days. After this time, the balance will be considered forfeit.
